Broken Arrow Holding is a real estate company focused on the thoughtful development and long-term ownership of small to mid-sized multifamily properties.

We specialize in identifying historic buildings in walkable, urban neighborhoods within the cores of America’s secondary cities—places where culture, community, and long-term value intersect.

Our thesis is rooted in the belief that timeless design, irreplaceable locations, and constrained supply create enduring real estate value. We target assets in neighborhoods with strong character, livability, and growth potential—often overlooked by larger institutional players. These markets may not be headline cities, but they are rich with underutilized buildings and unmet demand for quality housing.

We approach each acquisition on a deal-by-deal basis and create value through creative vision, hands-on management, and deep market understanding. Whether it’s a century-old brick walk-up or a forgotten shell, we seek properties with good bones, untapped potential, and a story worth continuing.

Our operating philosophy prioritizes long-term stewardship rather than short-term turnover. We design, renovate, and manage our properties with the intent to hold them indefinitely—prioritizing durability, community impact, and enduring performance. Steven Fletcher

Steven Fletcher is the Founder and Managing Partner of Broken Arrow Holding, where he leads all aspects of the firm’s investment strategy, from sourcing and acquisition through design, development, and lease-up.

Before founding Broken Arrow Holding, Steve spearheaded acquisitions and capital markets at a real estate private equity firm operating in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Throughout his tenure, he led the development of over ten multifamily projects and launched two growth funds dedicated to adaptive reuse initiatives within historic urban cores across Louisiana. His expertise encompasses the full investment lifecycle, including deal structuring, entitlement navigation, construction oversight, and asset management.

Steve is a graduate of Princeton University and an active member of several civic and professional organizations, including the Lower Garden District Association of New Orleans, the Young Leadership Council, and the Covington Business Council.
